An obsession I can't shake

I fall hard sometimes. Big crushes on gorgeous pieces and they stay in my mind for years. I spied a David Weeks chandelier several years ago in an AD piece on the Dallas penthouse of a Neiman or a
Marcus. I ogled Weeks' website aplenty and the first chance I got in NYC I sprang by Ralph Pucci to have a look see up close. And I cried.

Walked into that all white showroom where a huge chandelier was hanging and was stunned to tears at the purity and the beauty. But, like many obsessions, it was out of my reach.

So, the search was on for an alternate, which eventually presented itself in a vintage furniture store in DC.

I love the chrome bulbs and the size fills up the space fairly well. I like it. But I don't think I'll ever get over David Weeks.
